AUDIT AND BUSINESS ADVISORY MANAGER

Thriving Firm in Central London are looking for a bright, proactive individual to join this growing team.

This Firm has grown organically over the past 2 years by 30% - and this rate is increasing

The Candidate:

- ACA or ACCA Qualified, good academics, and prior Managerial experience with a large firm

The Role:

- To manage a team of seniors and to coach and nurture the juniors
- To relieve the pressure on the other 'BA' Managers due to the flood of new work that is coming in
- You will shadow the Partners; your goal will be to make the business wonder why they have not yet promoted you to partner yet!
- You will be allocated your own client bank and will be expected to play a significant client facing role
- Aside from Audit, there is a great deal of adhoc work that is outsourced from the larger firms that you will be required to get involved in

Great emphasis is put on training. This Firm recognise that they must continue to educate and challenge all staff. External courses are arranged through a recognised Training centre, and ad-hoc courses arranged for specific needs such as advanced Excel tuition.
