Corporate Finance - Executive

Our London office is currently seeking a Corporate Finance Executive to join the Corporate Finance Department to work in transactional services.

The Corporate Finance Team have an ever growing client base, most of whom are AIM listed and are large private clients regulated by the FSA and based in central London and the City. Typical clients include asset managers, brokers and investment advisers, some of whom are listed on AIM.

For those interested in furthering their career within corporate finance, this role represents a good opportunity for career progression within one of the firm's fastest growing teams.

The individual will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) and have solid experience ideally within a mid-tier Top 20 firm. In terms of client size, the department will handle a wide range of companies from �5 - �200 million, so the role would suit an individual who has the same breadth of experience and this experience should lie with AIM listed or similar clients.
