Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct a team of staff on investigation assignments
Critically analyze historic trading performance and understand the key drivers of business performance and operations
Understand the impact of current and projected trading and cash flow on the position and security of key financial stakeholders
Prepare detailed assessment of management and their capabilities
Coordinate the fieldwork and subsequent report writing on investigation assignments
Act as an interface between the client and the company subject to review
Prepare reports and recommendations for Lenders and other financial stakeholders
Participate in presentations to Lenders and other financial stakeholders
Marketing and business development activities
Participate in staff appraisals and overseeing staff development
Management of work in progress and credit control
Skills required
Computer literate, especially spreadsheets, databases and word processing
Sound report writing skills
Knowledge of current accounting standards
