We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate to join the Corporate Restructuring team of a top tier firm.

This particular team primarily focuses on bank work out assignments, distressed corporate advisory assignments and government advisory assignments.

The work that they carry out includes Independent Business Reviews (IBR), crisis stabilisation, lender advisory, accelerated disposal mandates and cash forecasting and management.

The responsibilities of the role include assisting with assignment planning, leading smaller assignments and leading small teams on larger assignments. You will take a central role in the preparation of deliverables including proposals and reports, assisting in presentations and discussions with the client. You will act as a role model by leading Executives and more junior team members plus actively seeking to contribute to business development opportunities.
