An experienced M&A Researcher / Research Analyst is required for a busy specialist M&A team. You will play an integral role in the transaction process including conducting extensive market research and due diligence on potential investors/buyers on behalf of sell-side clients, client pitch preparation including potential purchaser research, recent transaction research, financial analysis, key recommendations etc. You will also attend relevant client meetings where you will present and discuss your findings.
The team have completed 4 deals this year already and have an active pipeline spanning the sectors. You will be supporting the team from the M&A Associates through to the Managing Partner.
You will be taking ownership and leading the research facility for the business and their sister firm and will have had several years' experience in a similar role.
This is a really unique opportunity to carve out a presence in the firm in what is a newly created role, and really make it your own.
The team has progressed to a more agile working model and you do not have to be based in London to be considered for the role as such. You will be expected to travel to London and client sites when needed (post covid-19).

I'm working with a well-established and successful Technology M&A boutique which is looking for an M&A Associate to join the team having recently secured several new projects contributing to a pipeline of c.15 live mandates.
Whilst they work across Europe, US and Asia and have an office in London, the role is remote-based so you can be based anywhere in the UK.
They have recently grown the team with two additional heads and are keen to bring on another to support current projects.
You will be responsible for supporting transaction execution, getting involved with transactions from origination to execution, financial modelling, the preparation of IMs, participating in buyer/management meetings, managing the due diligence process, negotiating offers, as well as having the opportunity to get involved in the origination of deals.
