Position: eDiscovery Team Lead
This role is suited to someone with previous eDiscovery experience, in addition to experience in assisting and mentoring more junior members of a team and checking their work to assess quality. The position is working for our client, a top tier law firm based in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
To assist in the direction and management of document review projects across various legal practice areas.
To assist the Management Team with team supervision and management.
Ensuring that all protocols, processes and procedures identified in the data capture, discovery and document disclosure/due diligence phases are adhered to.
To perform detailed monitoring and Quality Control review of work completed by junior team members with significant analysis of quality of output across all review teams.
To liaise with the various 3rd party providers in relation to the timing and prioritising of data capture, discovery and document disclosure, where relevant.
Qualifications and experience will include:
Third level qualification, Law degree desirable but not essential. Consideration will be given to Business, Commerce or Business Administration or similar discipline.
Previous experience of eDiscovery, large-scale regulatory investigations or large scale data remediation projects is desirable.

The focus of the role is valuations (60-70%) and the remainder is working on transactions such as acquisitions of infrastructure projects in the secondary market and working on primary transactions to source infrastructure projects.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Managing the semi-annual valuation process of the infrastructure portfolio and Fund NAV (DCF
Analysis) and producing valuation reports
- Responsibility for maintaining and updating the business model of the company (Excel)
- Analysing and reporting on the performance of the investment portfolio
- Managing the FX hedging process
- Managing the necessary due diligence, risk and financial analysis for the acquisition process of
acquisition assets
- Leading the internal approvals process
- Supporting and leading the bidding process for infrastructure projects (PPP/PFI/OFTO)
The successful candidate will have gained at least 5 years' experience in PPP/PFI, within financial advisory, investments, bid-side or professional services. It is essential that you have strong financial modelling and Excel skills as well as experience within international infrastructure, due to the nature of the portfolio.

You will be proactively involved in marketing and business development opportunities and help to continue to develop the pipeline for the team.
To be considered for the role you will have gained significant experience in a management consultancy or a corporate development role, although both would be excellent.
You will be naturally analytical but with the requisite interpersonal skills to be able to communicate this effectively to a range of clients and colleagues.
The ideal person will be entrepreneurial and sociable, keen to develop their network and knowledge in the markets in which they operate.
You will be fluent in German and English. French would be a plus but not a necessity.
