Business Restructuring Executive

Join a global consulting firm whose goal is delivering exceptional client service by employing exceptional talent who are experts in their area. This firm's Bristol office are hiring into their Business restructuring team where they also cover South West and South Wales, as well as nationally when required.

About the role:
This team works on a wide variety of dynamic projects across all business sectors, primarily on advisory assignments, but also with the potential to be involved in the planning and early stages of insolvency assignments.
*Work alongside a designated senior manager, director or partner on specific cases
*Investigate key issues in a restructuring scenario, challenging information provided and provide insights
*Draft Independent Business Reviews and other written output for review
*Assume day to day responsibility for smaller projects or distinct elements of larger projects
*Undertake financial analysis and evaluate financial models
*Assist in the sale of businesses/ assets

As this role involves a level of stakeholder management you will need to be quickly build up a strong rapport with management of clients in often difficult and highly pressured circumstances.

Requirements:
*ICAEW/ ACCA qualified
*Restructuring experience preferred but not essential
*Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
*Self-motivated and enthusiastic team player - keen to develop skills and own network

Corporate Finance Associate Director – M&A

This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious and motivated Corporate Finance Senior Manager looking for their next step or a Corporate Finance Associate Director seeking promotional opportunities within a successful and growing National Accountancy Firm based in Leeds.

You will assist clients through acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, buy-outs, major projects, initial public offerings (IPOs), real estate deals, debt structuring and complex re-financing's, distressed M&A and with business and company valuations and fairness opinions.

Responsibilities:

Manage M&A projects (with support from Director/ Partner) including being the day to day point of contact for clients.

Actively managing client dealings taking responsibility for managing all phases of the transaction cycle and deal execution.

Lead projects (with support from Director/ Partner) including being one of the senior points of contact with clients on M&A projects.

Actively managing clients, taking responsibility for the day to day project management and delivery of M&A transactions. This will include assuming responsibility for managing all phases of the transaction cycle and deal execution.

Leading and managing the delivery of transaction documentation including pitch materials and client proposals.

Directing and managing colleagues, wider support staff and other external advisers.

Supervising and reviewing financial analysis complex modelling carried out by team members
Build and develop strong relationships in the market.

Take responsibility for agreed areas of origination and business development.

Set, monitor and control M&A project budgets, billing and other reporting requirements.

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified (or overseas equivalent), or relevant work experience.
Experience of working within a corporate finance department.
Have a sound knowledge of M&A through investment banking, advisory firms, private equity, M&A Boutique or corporate business development.

Audit Assistant Manager

This Big 4 accountancy firm based in Leeds is offering an excellent opportunity for an Audit Assistant Manager. The role has less than 10% travel and offers flexible working. This role will execute the audit in the more complex technical areas.

This role will work remotely with large Financial Services clients in one of the following areas: Auditing of Pensions balances, Auditing of Share Based Payments or the Auditing of tax.
Experience auditing pension balances or share based payments is highly desirable but not essential.

Our client, a Big 4 accountancy firm, is seeking a Transaction Services Manager to join their successful and growing mid-market practice in Manchester.

The successful candidate will project manage larger client engagements, including determining the project scope and resource requirements, monitoring progress against budget and established timeframes and reviewing work completed by junior team members. In addition to managing the delivery of projects on a day-to-day basis, the TS Manager will help to build sustainable and profitable external and internal client relationships. A candidate will need to have a good understanding of, and experience in, the field of financial due diligence for corporate or strategic buyers, private equity or financial buyers and vendors, and or reporting accountants' work.

An ideal candidate will have post-graduation professional experience working within transaction advisory services, with previous staff supervision or management experience. A candidate must also have strong problem solving skills and an excellent academic background. A 2.1 (or above) undergraduate degree is desirable, in addition to an ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
