Restructuring Manager

Join a global consulting firm whose goal is to consistently deliver exceptional client service. This firm are hiring into their Restructuring team in both Glasgow and Edinburgh, where you will be exposed to a variety of unique assignments.

This team works on a wide variety of dynamic projects across all business sectors, primarily on advisory and insolvency projects.
* Work alongside a designated partner on specific cases
* Investigate key issues in a restructuring scenario, challenging information provided and providing insights
* Draft Independent Business Reviews and other written output for review
* Assume day to day responsibility for smaller projects or distinct elements of larger projects
* Undertake financial analysis and evaluate financial models
* Support senior members of the team to deliver on a range of assignments, as well as guide junior colleagues
* Assist in the sale of businesses/ assets

Corporate Finance Executive (M&A)

A Top 10 firm in Edinburgh is looking for a Corporate Finance Executive to join the team, specialising in M&A.

They have a a successful track record across a range of sectors and a very healthy pipeline for the coming year. Transaction sizes typically range from £10m - £200m and recent projects include consumer and digital services clients. Day to day, you will be working on sell-side and buy-side transactions, as well as fund-raising projects.

Perhaps one of the most attractive elements of the role is that you will have the opportunity to get involved with all elements of the M&A process and due to the structure of the team you can expect to be hands-on from an early stage, but with the support of the wider team.

Audit Assistant Manager

This Big 4 accountancy firm based in Glasgow is offering an excellent opportunity for an Audit Assistant Manager. The role has less than 10% travel and offers flexible working. This role will work remotely with a wide variety of clients and gain exposure to external audit, internal audit and financial due diligence. You will also supervise and manage staff.

You will be working remotely with small, fast-growing clients to large corporate entities. The clients are household names and private businesses, across all industry sectors.

The person:

The Audit Assistant Manager will be a qualified ACA/ACCA with good technical competence including solid audit experience.

Possess first class communication skills and the have the ability to supervise and manage a team.
