Our client is a prestigious Law Firm who is looking to bring someone in to their newly formed Legal Project Management team to help them implement disruptive change in the typical way that the firm delivers client services, and to begin looking at ways of managing each legal matter using project management processes and methodology.

The role will involve elements of project management, change management and process improvement and the ideal candidate would have a legal background with a keen interest in moving into an operational, project management role whilst still retaining a close link to the legal industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Partnership and the other members of the practice management team to manage the full lifecycle of clients 'legal projects',
Scoping out the project and resourcing through to billing and closing and devising processes/updates to allow the effective management of client and stakeholder updates.
Line management of junior resources and a team of Paralegals
Planning and implementing strategic projects including process improvement and change management projects

Experience:

*Strong project/process management experience gained within a professional services environment and/or legal process management experience gained within a leading law firm - Prince2 qualification would be ideal
*Knowledge of litigation would be advantageous
*Highly organised
*Strong budgeting and numeracy skills
