Accounting and Finance
Our client is a leading M&A advisory boutique based in London focusing on the consumer sector. They are currently witnessing a period of significant growth, and so are looking for exceptional candidates with ambition and drive to join their expanding team.
*Managing client relationships, taking responsibility for the day to day project management and delivery of M&A transactions. This will include assuming responsibility for managing all phases of the transaction cycle and deal execution, reporting directly to senior team members
*Leading and managing the delivery of marketing documentation including pitch materials and client proposals
*Liaising with other team members on M&A transactions
*Proactively assisting business development efforts including pitching for new work
*Building & maintaining a network of relationships in the Consumer sector
The ideal candidate will be educated to a degree level (2:1 minimum) and will be ACA or CFA qualified. The candidate must have experience in either M&A, Valuations, Transaction Services or Modelling. The client is looking for talented, bright and articulate individuals, with excellent communication skills. They must be a team player, but also able to work individually. The client offers competitive salaries as well as a bonus up to 100 percent.
