We are pleased to be working with an international corporate finance boutique in London, which focuses on growing companies in preparation for exit. The team supports owners of digital agencies, IT and consulting firms, engineering consultancies and investors in preparing for sale as well transaction execution. Deal sizes range from £5m - £100m with a sweet spot of around £15m - £20m, and 85% - 90% of the work is M&A driven.
They are now looking for an experience VP/Associate Director e to join them who will be a key contributor to a rapidly growing and highly collaborate advisory team. As an accomplished M&A professional you will be executing M&A assignments, performing complex modelling and valuation analyses, leading due diligence activities, developing client marketing materials, including information memorandums and management presentations, and identifying and building relationships with new and existing clients.
Ideally, you will have gained between 6-10 years' UK lower/mid-market sell-side experience, preferably in the business services sector. Ideally this would mean having been involved in multiple sell-side deals to both trade and PE buyers.
VP/ADs can expect to take on a high level of responsibility and client exposure at an early stage, and top performers can expect genuine career progression. This role would suit somebody looking to make the move out of professional services, or looking to make the move into a team offering a unique perspective to clients and a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
