Ping An Insurance Co’s
OneConnect Financial Technology said on
Thursday it raised around $312 million in its U.S. initial
public offering, valuing the company at around $3.7 billion.
Citigroup Inc and
Credit Suisse Group AG have dropped out of the U.S.

Ucommune, baulking at its desired valuation, two people with
direct knowledge of the matter said.
Management said on Thursday it will vote against Instructure
Inc’s plan to sell itself to private equity firm Thoma
Bravo, becoming the second big investor to speak out against the
proposed $2 billion deal.
