Valuations Assistant Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver a broad range of valuation engagements for financial reporting, transaction support, and strategic decision-making purposes.
- Support senior team members in developing valuation models, including DCF, market multiples, and option pricing methods.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across audit, tax, and corporate finance to provide integrated solutions to clients.
- Conduct industry and company research to support valuation analysis and prepare client deliverables.
- Mentor and review the work of junior staff, ensuring quality and adherence to project timelines.
- Assist in business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.
Key Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Prior experience in Valuations Advisory
- Strong technical valuation skills, including proficiency in Excel modelling and familiarity with relevant accounting and valuation standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- A proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.
