Audit Quality Manager- UAE

My client is a top consulting firm based in the UAE and they are looking for an Audit Quality Manager to join their dynamic team

Your Role:

.Support the implementation of Quality Standards, including ISQM requirements, under the guidance of the Quality Assurance Director/HAAQM.
.Collaborate closely with the Quality Director to assess the SoQM against objectives, policies, and global standards.
.Offer guidance, training, and assistance to embed SoQM across all Firm functions.
Aid in developing and conducting the Annual Quality Monitoring, including devising and executing remediation plans.
.Support quality reviewers and engage in quality reviews, providing constructive feedback to Engagement Partners and teams.
.Stay updated on emerging audit quality insights.
.Innovatively design and deliver training programs.
Contribute to thought leadership on Auditing Standards and methodologies, including responses to relevant consultations.
.Develop tailored communication for staff, partners, and stakeholders regarding findings.
.Assist in preparing periodic reports to Partnership.
Decision Making:

Key Experience Parameters:

.Hold a relevant and recognized accountancy qualification with at least five years of relevant experience.
.Demonstrated proficiency in auditing and familiarity with ISAs.
.Exceptional client-focused communication skills with a proven track record of building strong relationships.
.Strong organizational skills and experience in managing multiple projects/tasks.
