Job description

JOB Purpose:

Lead, develop, and implement IT strategy and plan in alignment with the bank's business strategy and objectives, and manage the effective & efficient provision of IT services and support to all users. Ensure availability and stability of IT production and governance framework in accordance with international standards.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Qualifications University degree in Computer Science /Engineering, preferably with a master's degree in information systems/technology

Professional Certifications: TBD

Experience:
15+ years of progressive professional experience in information technology, with 8 years in a similar position, preferably in banking or Financial sector.

Skills
- Thorough knowledge of IT standards
- Proven team leadership capabilities in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Ability to build up teams and departments l Knowledge of GCC market environment

PS - Preference for those who are already based in GCC.
