Warner Scott are partnered with a mid-level professional services firm who are looking to add a corporate finance executive / Assistant Manager to their team. The team have performed exceptionally well despite the recent market challenges, and are looking to expand their corporate finance function. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with prior advisory experience who is looking to develop their career.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation assessments to support various transactions and strategy.
- Assist in the development of a range of financial models
- Play a vital role in negotiating and structuring transactions, including deal terms, financing, and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute complex transactions and deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed insights and recommendations to clients.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external advisors to enhance the firm's reputation and drive business growth.

Qualifications:
- ACCA/ACA Qualification
- 6-18 months prior advisory experience
- Proficient in financial modelling within Excel
- Experience dealing directly, and building relationships with clients
