Corporate Tax Assistant Manager

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen with this entrepreneurial and progressive medium sized firm for an accomplished corporate tax specialist to join their thriving and growing team.

You will be responsible for undertaking a range of corporate tax compliance and advisory work on a broad range of clients , which include owner managed businesses , entrepreneurial companies, larger corporates, multi-national groups and FCA regulated companies .

In addition to managing the compliance for a varied portfolio of clients, you will also review computations and other work prepared by junior staff.

To compliment the compliance work , you will also be exposed to some interesting advisory work which may include the following:
:
* Complex compliance
* Restructuring, due diligence,
* Exit planning and succession planning
* Share schemes
* EIS and SEIS schemes
* Inward investment
* HMRC enquiries and investigations

Ideally, you will be qualified CTA and/or ACA or ACCA and possess a solid background within corporate tax, gained from practice or, possibly, in an in-house role..
