Dispute Valuation- Senior Associate (start up team)

Job description

My client is seeking an experienced finance professional to join their market leading Dispute Valuations team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that covers a plethora of cases across the world and works with leading law firms. This role offers a rather unique opportunity for an experienced senior manager to not only get involved in all areas of contentious valuations but also this role will offer you the opportunity to get quickly involved with becoming an expert in your own right. The client often works on large high-profile cases but can take on smaller cases to allow for dual signatories on reports and arbitrations.

You will be responsible for leading and coaching junior staff and assisting the partners with the development of the disputes practice.

This is a client facing role offering the opportunity to work on a variety of complex and interesting projects including:

Damages

Valuation

Projects relating to mediation and arbitration.

Competition disputes, intellectual property and brand integrity disputes, insurance claims,

Sale and purchase agreements

Transaction related disputes

This team mainly focuses on high profile cases and you will have direct contact with the Partner and clients throughout these mandates The client is happy to accept cases that allow for dual signatories on reports and arbitrations. They are also happy to support applicants that wish to develop a sector specialism.
