Our Client is a top-10 Law Firm looking to grow their internal in-house eDiscovery team, working closely with fee-earners at all levels and their clients.
We are looking to recruit an eDiscovery Executive (think, Assistant Manager level) - the role is mid-level in terms of seniority and will provide an ideal framework for progressing into a Senior Consultant/Manager role down the line. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of technical ability and the soft-skills required to work closely with clients and lawyers.
Responsibilities (to include):
*Lead eDiscovery and large-scale investigations, in collaboration with the eDiscovery Director and Litigation team. This includes scoping, governance, budgeting and day-to-day management and delivery of the projects deliverables and management of third party vendors and technology partners.
*Lead a high performing team of paralegals and SME's with a particular focus on growing strong team leads.
*Gather, understand and document requirements for processing, review protocols and productions.
*Design and implement processing workflows to transform all forms of unstructured data into a reviewable, load-ready format.
*Design and implement workflow to load data into a review platform and supporting all search and analysis during review and production cycles.
Technical experience of eDiscovery Review platforms such as kCura Relativity, Axcelerate or similar is essential.
