Accounting and Finance
Client: Our client is a well-known legal services firm operating within the heart of the city looking for a Project Manager who will work with stakeholders to plan, coordinate and deliver client projects while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Tasks and Responsibilities;
Consult with client on project workflow and industry best-practices
Continuously monitor and manage multiple eDiscovery projects to ensure deadlines are met
Works closely with production teams to ensure proper allocation of resources based on deadlines and priorities
Manages client expectations throughout the life of a project
Responsible for gathering project requirements and ensuring requirements are properly documented
Maintain accurate and current records of all aspects of a project relating to job tracking, specifications and chain of custody-related documents
Interact with clients to develop strong client relations and demonstrate a high level of commitment to client success
Knowledge of the EDRM protocols and implementation
Ability to develop and implement new ideas to create customised solutions on a client by client basis
Knowledge and Experience;
Extensive professional experience in eDiscovery Litigation Support and Project Management
Knowledge of litigation support applications including: Relativity, Nuix, Concordance, Summation, etc.
Strong technical understanding and/or experience with eDiscovery process, lifecycle and technical issues is required
Excellent written and oral presentation skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Additional certifications in relevant tools and/or technologies
Advanced knowledge and experience with all MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
Extensive working experience with industry-leading litigation support software (e.g., Relativity, Nuix, Summation, Concordance, IPRO, LiveNote, Trial Director, Casemap and MS Access).
