Our client is a leading national advisory firm dedicated to providing strategic financial solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients. Renowned for our commitment to excellence and innovation, we are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Financial Modelling Director to lead our national advisory team.

Position Overview:
As the Financial Modelling Director, you will be a key driver in the development and execution of comprehensive financial models that support strategic decision-making and enhance our advisory services. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of leading financial modelling initiatives and managing a national team.

Responsibilities:

Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the national financial modelling team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to delivering high-quality financial models.

Model Development: Oversee the creation and maintenance of sophisticated financial models, supporting diverse advisory projects including financial forecasting, valuation, and risk analysis.

Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure financial models align with broader business strategies and client objectives.

Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous reviews of financial models to ensure accuracy, compliance with industry standards, and adherence to internal guidelines.

Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing financial modelling team. Foster professional development and ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand their specific financial modelling needs, provide expert advice, and deliver tailored solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

Technology Integration: Stay informed about advancements in financial modelling tools and technologies. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus.
Extensive experience leading financial modelling initiatives within a national advisory context.
Proficiency in financial modelling software (e.g., Excel, VBA) and familiarity with industry-specific modelling tools.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a proven ability to solve complex financial problems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders.
