I'm recruiting for a Growth Advisory Manager in London which focuses on advising start-ups/entrepreneurs. Sitting within the M&A team, the Growth Advisory function focuses on fund-raising activities with tech/tech-enabled companies, working with various VCs and funds.
The team takes a high value / low volume approach and the work you do is integral to the on-going relationship with client when they reach the point of wanting to sell or acquire in the future.
The successful person will be naturally curious, a self starter and strong relationship builder. You will be presenting and pitching alongside the partner so strong oral and written communication is a must. You don't have to be the finished article, but you will be excited about working with high-growth, early stage companies.
The team are looking for a qualified accountant and ideally fund-raising experience although this is not a prerequisite for the role. Those with a corporate finance or TS background would work well.
