In-house TS Specialist for a corporate M&A team

Job description

Duties include: -

Overseeing outsourced Financial Due Diligence (FDD) providers, and the outsourced Tax Due Diligence (TDD)
.
Review and recommendation to the Group for FDD and TDD approval and associated Investment proposals.

Ensuring all FDD and TDD issues are fully understood, communicated to lawyers, the Finance team and to decision makers.

Ensuring all acquisitions are compliant with Investor agreements and Banking agreements.

Ensure all financial, tax and legal matters identified during DD are documented are correctly
handed over to the relevant post completion team.
Reviewing and signing off fund flows

To be considered for this role you should be ACA qualified with a experience in TS either gained in industry or a professional services team.
