Job description

The London Office is a unique blend of experienced investigators with diverse backgrounds and expertise. The office has responsibility for investigations in Europe, Africa and the FSU which are wide-ranging from pre-transaction due diligence to litigation support and corruption investigations in the context of the US FCPA and the UK Bribery Act.

The role will be responsible for the day to day operations of the London Office including working with senior management to prepare business proposals and to develop, produce and support the investigative case work. In conjunction with the Regional Managing Director, the role will be expected to be involved in managing client relationships and business development at the highest levels.

The MD will be expected to be highly organized, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to think strategically with a commercial focus and have an analytical mind. Due to the global reach of the business, the ability to read and write in a second European language is highly desirable.


*Manage all operations in the London Office.
*Oversee the operational staff and establish a strong collaborative culture.
*Direct overall case management process from proposal to report production, including client relationships, staffing, budgeting and quality control.
*Develop and manage a business development plan and communicate that plan both to senior management and staff
*Coordinate interoffice communications
*Ensure compliance with relevant UK laws including the GDPR

Experience and qualifications:

*A well established and proven track record of at least 15 years' progressively responsible management level experience, preferably in a related field.
*Superior leader who is collaborative and team-oriented, who can take charge, build consensus, motivate others and affect change.
*Must impart credibility, trust enthusiasm, integrity and ethics.
*Ability to motivate a diverse workforce and assure bottom line accountability for quality provision of services and the successful financial performance of the firm.
*Proven track record of developing and managing a book of business.
