Mixed Tax Senior Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen within this dynamic , award winning medium sized practice for an ambitious and positive -thinking Senior Tax Manager to join their fast growing taxation team .

Working within an established and highly successful tax department , you will be responsible for providing a range of tax advisory services for their diverse owner managed business client base which includes both individuals and smaller companies through to AIM listed entities and multinational groups up to £1bn turnover.

Your responsibilities will be wide-ranging and include advisory work on range of ad-hoc projects including:

*Corporate demergers and reconstructions
*Tax due diligence work
*R&D tax relief claims
*Share schemes - EMI etc.
*EIS/SEIS
*International business tax
*Property taxes
*Residence and non-dom planning

In addition, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring junior members of staff within the team, undertaking technical research to solve complex tax issues , overseeing the corporate tax compliance function and seeking planning opportunities within the current client base.

Ideally, you will CTA ,ACA or ACCA qualified with experience of handling both corporate and personal tax in a managerial or senior managerial role (your experience can be weighted to one of these areas).
