Operations Delivery Manager (Assessment Centre)

Job description

The role will lead & manage assessment centre and grow the account, and direct its development and progress.

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to: Team management, Assessor support & mgt, Assessment centre operations, & client/Stakeholder management.

Key requirements:
-Masters in Occupational Psychology (or equivalent)
-10 years significant experience & understanding of assessment design & delivery
-Experience & success in commercial/sales roles & mgt of senior stakeholders

Travel requirements: up to 50% on ground in Saudi (clients & joint ventures)
