Private Client Tax Manager

Job description

This highly regarded and well -established practice, boasting a proud heritage in Private Clients, is keen to recruit an accomplished personal tax specialist to join their highly successful and expanding taxation team.

The role is extremely varied and challenging and your wide-ranging responsibilities will include:
-Management of a portfolio of personal tax partnership tax and trust tax returns for a range of clients which include some very high profile names.
-Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients ,some of which operate in the sports , entertainment and media sectors.
-Developing new clients and building a good relationship with these clients .
-Having responsibility for some junior staff, reviewing their work and helping to develop their knowledge.
-Carrying out other ad -hoc work as required which may include preparing IHT, ERS and ATED returns .

Ideally , you will be CTA qualified , although applicants still studying for the CTA exams or qualified by experience will also be considered .In addition , you should demonstrate a strong track record in personal tax compliance as well as some experience of managing junior staff and exposure to advisory work .
