Job Title: Resource Manager, Legal Operations

Client Overview: This role is working for a top tier UK headquartered Law Firm, with its main offices based in Central London.

Team Overview:

The Legal Operations team operates globally and focuses on innovation, service enhancement, and efficiency. The team looks after our use of artificial intelligence, alternative delivery models, legal project management, work allocation and legal process reengineering. The team also works with clients to help their legal teams to repurpose as value centres and leverage new technology and processes.

The successful candidate will be part of the Legal Operations function working closely with alternative resourcing, legal project management and pricing to support our partners in enhancing the provision of services to our clients.

Role Overview:
The Resource Manager is the central point of reference for capacity and resources in the team and works closely with the Corporate partners to assist each of them to assess needs and to triage and resource work.
The Resource Manager fully understands what the team is doing, at a granular level, and keeps this understanding up-to-date on a daily basis; as well as helps to consider how best the team can be utilised overall.
The Resource Manager will also have day to day responsibility for the Resourcing Administrator, delegating and supervising work and assisting with their development.
