My client is a top tier UK Law Firm, based in London, looking to hire a Senior Business Improvement Manager to their thriving Business Improvement team.


The role will be Supporting the Global Head of Business Improvement on helping to engage with business services leadership to oversee the development of a future state Operating Model for the delivery of business services, aligning the key components of people, process and technology:

Analysis of and documentation of existing and future processes using Process Management Tools (Visio/ARIS)
Assist in the development of the firm's change management methodology
Creation, development and production of Change and Transition documents and reports.
Experience working with numbers and financial modelling experience for business case purposes and to calculate and measure ROI

Ideal candidate:

The role would suit someone with significant business analysis experience, either from a Law Firm or similar Professional Services background. Stakeholder management, Resource Management and Project Delivery are all essential parts of this role.
