An exciting opportunity has arisen within this leading, independent advisory firm which focuses on providing a range of technical services to a broad spread of international clients across the globe.
You will be working within the Transactions Tax advisory team which provides a broad spread of clients predominantly in the investment management sector. Your responsibilities will be wide-ranging and include:
-managing a portfolio of clients providing tax compliance and advisory services to clients within the investment management industry
-undertaking highly technical advisory projects under partner supervision
-being responsible for coaching, mentoring and counselling junior staff
-developing a professional network proactively seeking and identifying new business opportunities
-support senior members of the team to further develop tax products and services for clients
Ideally, you will be qualified ACA and /or CTA and possess a minimum 2:1 degree. In addition ,you will ideally:
-possess proven current expertise in tax matters and project management skills
-Have gained specific experience in partnership and corporate tax compliance to review work of junior members
-Possess knowledge of the investment management industry and/or owner managed businesses with interest in the investment management industry, particularly with regards to RFS, DIMF, transfer pricing and CRS /FATCA.
-Possess a strong work ethic and focus on personal excellence and team working
-Display excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate tax technical issues with clients as well as being able to write technical written reports
-demonstrate the ability to provide leadership and direction to more junior team members and review their work
