Duties include

Working on accelerated refinancing deals
Distressed M&A
Execution of strategic alternatives
Detailed and robust financial analysis and reports
Transactional support of distressed or special situations.
Leading advisory projects,
Acting as the day-to-day contact on engagements.
Supervision of junior staff
Involvement in business development and building relationships with lenders and investors in a wide range of industries.

To be considered for this role you should be a qualified accountant with previous M&A Restructuring or Special situations experience.
