Transactions Tax Senior Manager

Job description

The highly successful Transactions Tax division of this progressive and forward thinking medium sized practice practice is keen to recruit an experienced Transactions Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join their expanding team.
You will be exposed to a broad range of clients which include those within the property, sports, entertainment and media sector.
Working within the firm's Transaction Tax team ,you will be responsible for providing a diverse range of high value tax technical matters to both high net worth individuals and corporate entities. The growth of the team has created an opportunity for an individual wishing to diversify their experience and accelerate their career.

Your responsibilities will be wide-ranging and will include:
-Handling a range of restructuring assignments
-Advising Ultra High Net Worth Individuals on their affairs across all taxes
-Working on Property structuring projects, including advising on incorporation and Stamp Duty Land Tax
-Undertaking tax due diligence reviews for company purchases
-Researching tax technical issues and explaining conclusions in logical fashion
-Direct liaison with clients and advising on any ad hoc matters that may arise.
-Liaising with Directors and Partners on assignments

You should possess strong transactions tax experience, either in an advisory capacity or be strong compliance areas but with an appreciation of advisory matters. In addition, you should possess the ATT and /or CTA qualification and demonstrate strong client facing and general communication skills.
