Job description

My client is an advisory firm, they are looking for a Valuations Senior Associate eager to join our dynamic team focused on delivering comprehensive valuations for a variety of purposes such as restructuring, litigation, commercial, tax, and financial reporting. Our team specializes in valuing diverse assets including businesses, shares, intangible assets, and management incentive scheme awards (such as share options).

Your role plays a pivotal part in the decision-making process for a wide range of stakeholders including shareholders, legal professionals, board members, and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research on industries, comparable companies, and transactions.
Develop financial models and conduct analysis to support the valuation process.
Analyze and interpret financial statements and other relevant data to derive insightful conclusions and recommendations.
Clearly and concisely communicate valuation analysis and conclusions internally and to clients.
Efficiently manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to deadlines and meeting client expectations.

Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in professional services or consulting firms, with significant exposure to valuations.
Proficiency in commonly-applied valuation methodologies and their practical application.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in financial modeling and analysis.
Demonstrated ability to approach problem-solving with clarity and logic.
Effective project management and organizational abilities.
Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated interest in building internal networks and participating in team business development initiatives.
